MRE offers a 24×7 “Follow the Sun” call centre managed by our team of highly experienced NonStop engineers in the United States and Europe. An experienced and knowledgeable engineer responds to calls and service tickets, with on-call personnel available and awake 24×7×365.
Maintenance services
MRE combines a large spare-parts inventory with technical expertise to provide on-site and depot hardware maintenance and system support. Leasing and rental
If you would like to finance your equipment needs, leasing may be the right choice. Terms from 12 to 36 months can preserve your capital budget and allow hardware to be paid for monthly from operating expenditure.
For requirements shorter than 12 months, a short-term rental may be the better decision. MRE can provide equipment for a special project, seasonal capacity or a temporary need for additional systems and disk drives. Rentals are arranged to suit your time requirements.
Data centre moves
A data centre move is an ideal use case for leased or short-term rental NonStop equipment. We can provide a duplicate of your current system configuration at the new data centre and arrange padded-van transport both to the new site and for collection of the original system.
This strategy reduces risks caused by multiple installations and removals, as well as related costs. Once the new site is fully operational, the original equipment can be returned without moving the same system twice.
